*A deposit of £150 will be required for these items of special equipment for private functions. Please note that damage claims are not limited to this deposit.

If you wish to order any of the above to go with a room booking, please make your selections on the Booking Form with quantities of each item and send your cheque to Avenue House Estate for the full amount on receipt of your booking confirmation - by the time stated in our Terms of Room Hire.Thank-you for your orderA bond will be charged prior to the event and returned within 7 days subject to no breaches of regulations, damage or cleaning requirements, or extended time which will be deducted from the bond.Please note that disabled access is only available on the ground floor.
