| THE PLAYGROUND
The new playground was opened in 2004. After a show by Chicken Shed the opening was marked by presenters from CBeebies launching a balloon race. Deputy Mayor Councillor Brian Coleman described our playground as setting the standard for Barnet Council to match in their parks. The playground has a new safety surface and all of the equipment has been replaced. Several pieces of the play equipment were specifically chosen as they can also be used by children with disabilities.
